The terms on which these pages are read
These pages are measurements, not advice. This page states what the desk does, what it cannot do, and how it is funded.
Information, not advice
Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation or an offer. The figures describe what things cost, not what a reader should do. A row in a table is a registration listed by the SEC Nigeria, not a judgement about a company. The reader decides alone and is responsible for their own decision.
A reader who wants advice should seek a licensed adviser. This desk does not hold a licence to advise, and it does not act as one. The pages measure one thing: what the SEC's register lists, grouped by the category the SEC gives. Everything else is outside the desk's role.
The measurement and its limits
The site republishes one measurement, taken from named public sources and republished with the date and the hour it was read. Rows are what the SEC's register lists, grouped by the category the SEC gives. Being listed describes a registration, not a quality. A listed company may still fail or be the subject of a warning.
The sources are named under every table, with a link, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher. The figures carry the limits of those sources. If the SEC's register is out of date, the table is out of date. The desk corrects a wrong figure and dates the correction.
What the desk does and what it cannot do
The desk reads the SEC's register weekly and republishes the rows with the hour they were read. It answers corrections sent to the address on the contact page. It does not rate companies, does not promise returns, and does not say which row a reader should use.
The desk cannot see a reader's own bank or wallet, cannot recover money, and cannot act on a reader's behalf. It holds no client money and accepts no orders. It is not a broker, not an exchange, and not a licensed adviser. A reader who needs those services must find them elsewhere.
Funding and the affiliate relationship
The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link. If a reader opens an account there, the desk is paid a commission. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and following the link leaves this site.
The desk has no accounts, no login, no newsletter and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics and stores nothing in the reader's browser. The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs; the site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them.
